Summary: Alvin won the mystery box challenge with his unusual combination of Snails on Egg Net with Pickled Rhubarb and White Chocolate Salad. The invention test was to cook, in pairs, a two course home-style meal and Margaret Fulton joined the judging panel. Claire and Adam won with Green Tea Chicken Dumplings and Fried Masterstock Chicken. Alvin, Marion, Peter and Aaron were judged to have made the worst dishes and now face a pressure test.
