Summary: The pressure test dish was an impressive seafood platter by chef and restaurateur Rick Stein. The platter had 15 different elements and Jake, Jimmy and Matthew had two hours to recreate it. Jimmy cut open his sea urchin and lobster badly and the judges thought the presentation of Jimmy’s seafood platter was clumsy in general. Jimmy was judged to have made the least impressive pressure test dish and he was eliminated.
